Easiest review I've ever had to write. My A/C was still running but quit blowing cold in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning, and KMI managed to squeeze me in their schedule that morning. Joe showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced an OEM capacitor that went bad. During the hottest part of the year, I'm super appreciative of KMI showing up and taking care of me! Another piece I had forgotten was that because I have a maintenance agreement with them (system check twice a year - shoutout to Kyle for always being great!), I got a sweet discount on my service issue.

Our air conditioning went out on a Saturday, and Kyle came out that day to figure out was wrong. He was knowledgeable, professional, and he got our air conditioner back up and running as soon as possible in the Texas summer heat. Thank you SO much!!!

Technician Kyle came to our home to help me track down a suspected water leak from our A/C. He diligently tracked it down and we determined that it was actually a roof leak, and he had great advice about how it needed to be repaired. In the meantime he showed me a few things I did not know about our A/C unit, and quickly patched up a few minor A/C installation errors that he discovered. I could not have been happier with his service and will absolutely use them again in the future.

I called yesterday afternoon around 1pm, A/C would not operate. A service rep. was at my house in less than an hour, replaced the capacitor. Great service at a fair price!!!

The friendly technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and took time at the beginning and conclusion of the appointment, to explain what would be checked and then to go over what had been done. I have used KMI for years, and always have been very satisfied with the work and the technicians. I also appreciate the office staff who are courteous, cheerful, and responsive - noticeably customer-oriented. I highly recommend KMI.

Have used another company since moving into this house, company recommended by the builder, but after numerous bad experience stories from neighbors we decided it was time to look for a new AC service provider. So glad we found KMI. Austin arrived on time, answered all questions and for once I felt like my system was truly serviced as needed and not just a quick glance over as I felt I was receiving from the other company.

KMI has cared for our heating and air-conditioning system for nine years…. Extremely responsive, Competent and trustworthy. We have an annual maintenance contract, which has been a wise investment and it provides discounted services when repairs are needed.
